TERMS & CONDITIONS — B2B / DASA, Lda

1. General Information

The B2B platform, accessible at www.b2b.co.mz, is owned and operated by DASA, Lda, a company registered in the Republic of Mozambique, headquartered at Av. Marginal, 3487, Cidade de Maputo.

B2B is a digital business-services platform that may include:

  • Publication of public and private tenders
  • Business directory
  • E-procurement functionalities
  • Publication of information submitted by companies
  • Aggregation of publicly available business information
  • Additional business-related services developed in the future

By accessing or using the platform, the user fully accepts these Terms & Conditions.

2. Platform Content and Public Information

B2B may collect and republish information already available in the public domain, including:

  • Newspaper announcements
  • Institutional publications
  • Corporate websites
  • Public social media posts
  • Tender portals

Republished information is organized, structured, and presented for informational purposes only.

Where possible, the original source will be identified.

Entities wishing to request correction or removal of republished content may contact info@b2b.co.mz.

B2B is not responsible for errors or omissions originating from third-party sources.

3. Submission of Information by Companies

Companies may submit tenders, announcements, and other business content for publication.

By submitting content, the user declares that:

  1. They are legally authorized to disclose the information.
  2. The submitted content is accurate, lawful, and up to date.
  3. No third-party rights are violated.
  4. They assume full responsibility for the content.

Confidential documents must be clearly labeled as "confidential."

B2B will not publish content marked as confidential.

4. Account Registration and Use of Services

Some features require account registration. B2B may collect:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Phone number
  • Company information
  • Tax/registration details
  • Login credentials
  • Browsing data
  • User preferences

Users are responsible for providing accurate and updated information.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

B2B processes personal data in accordance with:

  • Applicable Mozambican laws
  • International data-protection principles
  • The upcoming Mozambican Personal Data Protection Law (under public consultation)

The Privacy & Cookies Policy forms an integral part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The following are the exclusive property of DASA, Lda:

  • The B2B brand
  • Logos and visual identity
  • Original content
  • Databases organized by the platform
  • Structure, architecture, and functionalities
  • Descriptions, categorizations, and formatted presentation of business information

Users may not copy, distribute, or reuse platform content without prior authorization.

6-A. Content from Newspapers and Other Public Sources

B2B may republish information originating from newspapers, institutional websites, corporate pages, and other public sources. When such republication includes graphic elements or images (e.g., scans, clippings, screenshots), the user acknowledges that:

  1. B2B does not own copyright over these graphic materials.
  2. Such materials are used solely for informational and contextual purposes.
  3. All graphic elements remain the exclusive property of their respective rights holders.
  4. The original source will be identified whenever possible.
  5. B2B does not sell, commercialize, or redistribute third-party graphic content as proprietary material.
  6. B2B may remove, replace, or adjust any graphic material upon request of the rights holder or if a potential copyright issue is identified.
  7. The formatting, restructuring, summaries, categorizations, and descriptions created by B2B constitute original work and are the intellectual property of DASA, Lda.

7. Limitation of Liability

B2B is an informational and facilitation platform and does not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted availability
  • Error-free content
  • Complete accuracy of information
  • Real-time updates
  • Suitability of information for business decisions

B2B and DASA, Lda are not liable for:

  • Decisions made based on published information
  • False or inaccurate tenders submitted by third parties
  • Errors or delays in public-source information
  • Technical failures, downtime, or cybersecurity incidents
  • Losses resulting from the use or inability to use the platform

Use of the platform is entirely at the user's own risk.

The platform may contain links to third-party websites.

B2B does not control and is not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of any external site.

9. Paid Services

B2B currently does not offer paid services.

If paid features are introduced in the future, these Terms will be updated and communicated to users in advance.

10. Changes to the Terms & Conditions

DASA, Lda reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.

Changes take effect upon publication on the platform.

Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mozambique.

Parties shall seek to resolve disputes amicably.

If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent Mozambican courts.
